"Bellecin beach" is located on the largest lake in the Jura, lake of Vouglans, Ideal place for swimming, you will apreciate is water with can reach 24°C in summer. Pédalo rental... Dogs are not allowed on the beach.
"The Mercantine beach" is made of sand and lawn. It is supervised and equipped with picnic tables and is very popular with families in the summer. Ideal for swimming, you will also find a marina as well as rentals of pedal boats, motor boats, canoe...
"The Surchauffant beach" is a beach of sand and lawns, it is located near the Pont de la Pyle. Cruises, water skiing, marina, free launch and even picnic on tables...

In the height of summer, Lac de Vouglans (8 minutes from La Maison Bleue) with its beaches and magical swimming spots is a must.
Lac de Chalain is the largest natural lake in the Jura. A little paradise of turquoise waters, these exceptional sites are surrounded by mountains, forests and rivers.
Lac de Bonlieu is a small glacial lake nestled in a cirque covered by forest, and is undoubtedly one of the most picturesque in the Jura. Enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the landscape by walking, horse riding or cycling around the lake, or take in the view from the Belvédère de la Ronde. With its fish-rich waters, this lake is also a great fishing spot.
